Pink Elephant was founded in September 2017 by Mercedes Thompson - a 20 year old based in Bristol - to help raise awareness for mental health. Everything available is handmade by me with love and passion. Creativity is my new found way to express my feelings and emotions.

Am I able to return my order?

Unfortunately, this moment in time we are unable to offer a refund on any item. But - If you do receive a faulty item, please get in contact and we can arrange for something to be done for you.

Your beaded bracelets look small, will they fit me?

Nobody (so far) has had a problem with the elastic bracelets not fitting. Because they are made with elastic string, they do stretch. So, they are made to look smaller so that they are able to stretch to size - rather than already being oversized and not fitting smaller wrists.

Why the name Pink Elephant?

I have attended group and 1-1 therapy for over 10 weeks now and in the group the therapist used to refer to a pink elephant. As an excersize he would say "now try not to think of a pink elephant". And because I wanted a name that meant something to me - this seemed the most appropriate. Reminding me of how much therapy helped and what I am trying to achieve through pink elephant.
